I have some fresh peaches, I sliced them into small pieces and placed them in plasted
bags and placed them in the freezer. I took one bag out to eat them and they looked
good very beautiful. Ather leaving them in the refregerator for a day or two, I noticed
they had changed color. I ate them, they didn't taste bad, however, i was suprised.
What should I have done to prevent them from changing color?
