In 1955, Jane Miller and Al Kuennen formed AL-DON Service, Inc., acquiring Rockel Sheet Metal's heating and air conditioning department. The company grew and introduced the Infiltrometer and HEPA-AIRE Central Air Purification System in 1997. In 2009, Jeff Miller purchased AL-DON and renamed it "Indoor Air Quality Specialists" LLC.
