How do I buy kidney leaves for bedbugs

I heard kidney bean leaves can help prevent or stop bedbugs. Where could I find these or plant my own?? Its old folklore but people swear on their ancestors using this.

 

Help, I dont have any yet, but the nicest senior complex in town, (my mom lives there) are having a problem. She doesnt have any yet but its on her floor and we are looking for a solution to prevent them

You would have to grow your own kidney beans seeds to have the leaves, I never have seen the leaves sold anywhere.  I think that you should go on line for that..............I read that the only thing is to wash everything in the washer & dryer and steam clean everything else.  I have seen a new spray for them and they say to cover the mattress with a special vinyl cover
