plant Lewisia cotyledon

I just got this plant today and forgot to ask if deer will eat it. i am having a lot of problems with deer eating my flowers. They have cleaned up the grape hyathinz and now are eating the leaves on  my roses bushes. Fencing is out as  live in a townhouse complex and my garden outside my unit is in a big open common ground. Is there some kind of spray or deterrent I can use? I also have my eye on a Aquilgia Columbine. Please help. [email protected]

I have done some research on deer deterents, and the cheapest way I have found & it seems to work, is making a homemade batch.

Recipe:  1 whole egg in 1 liter of water with a small amount of natural soap (Murphy oil), so it will stick, & a little of hot pepper. Blenderize it & I spray that on to the leaves of roses & fruit trees & just about anything you think they will eat. No ill effects on the plants I have ever seen. Reapply maybe every month or so.

I have never seen deer eat Lewesia, but I have a buffet @ our house.
