I have tiny white worms in my red raspberries this year - what are they and how do I get rid of them?

There are tiny white worms in the fruit of my red raspberries this year.  They are hard to see, but make the bottom of the raspberry soft and mushy. You have to tear the berry apart to see the worm.

Take those mushy ones off and when the sun passes over mix 1 teasp liquid non alcohol soap w 1 qt water and spray the good ones......after the berries are done you can spray them in the fall to late fall with dormant oil.............also in the spring until the buds come on them.  Wear old long clothes, mask, gloves, hat & goggles....don't spray if it is windy or going to rain.  You also can ring the plant with lime to sweeten the ground.
