plants have been potted for one year. Yesterday they were transplanted in my planting bed. I covered them with combination of new topsoil mixed with spagnum moss and my old soil. I watered them well then covered the bed with natural wood mulch. They get direct sun most of the day. I live in Manatee County, FL Today the leaves were all wilted. I sprayed them with  the usual dilute solution of dish soap and water to treat for white flys and pushed the mulch further away from the plants and loosened the soil a bit by hand. Six hours they are slightly recovered. Any tips for their recovery? None of my trumpets have ever bloomed.

Plants often show signs of stress (wilt being one) after transplant.  Try to mimic the conditions when it was potted-similar light, moistness of the soil, etc in it's new spot.

Give it a few days and Ithink you will see it recover..
