All of these herbs will continue to grow as u "pick " them. In fact they grow more if u pick them. As long as u don't over pick them and u pick them at the right spot! Pick what u need and get outta there! I've always had better results with herbs that are picked on regularly even from small plants. Mind u tho, ur dill will most likely want to seed after awhile and/or its season is over if grown outdoors. Then u will need to plant seeds anew.
