Can someone give me advice to help with my nectarine tree?

This is the first year my nectarine tree has produced fruit, and the fruit is oozing clear hard stuff that looks like clear karo syrup, what is causing this and what can I do for my tree to stop this from happening next year?I sprayed all of my trees with fruit spray. I really don't know what to do, or what caused it. I 'm desperate. Please help!!!!!!

did you use special citius fertilizer......sounds like bees or birds are stinging it.......can you make up a soap mix............after the sun goes down...1 teasp of liquid hand soap & 1 qt water and mix & spray..........and net the tree.........there are also certain bats that will eat fruit....but they make a whole first.  also call your forrester.....they will also know more than I know.
