Fresh Schucked Corn Cobs
Bring pot of water to a boil, once boiling add corn cobs so they are covered by boiling water, once pot comes to a boil again let boil for three minutes.
Remove cobs and sumerge in ice water immediately (this process is called blanching).
Once completely cooled, remove corn from cob (there are several tools available to assist in this task), or you can just cut corn off with a paring knife.
Add desired amount for a meal to freezer bags, seal, label and store in freezer - up to one year.
