Does the mint plant regenerate once the leaves are picked? Or, is that the end of that plant?  Also, cilantro and dill?

All of these herbs will continue to grow as u "pick " them. In fact they grow more if u pick them. As long as u don't over pick them and u pick them at the right spot! Pick what u need and get outta there! I've always had better results with herbs that are picked on regularly even from small plants. Mind u tho, ur dill will most likely want to seed after awhile and/or its season is over if grown outdoors. Then u will need to plant seeds anew. Cilantro will do the same but not as quickly, if outdoors. Mint sends out runners and makes more and more mint!Grow and Enjoy! Thats what u have em for ...
