do not remove .. when flowers begin to appear you remove the leaf just below the one with flowers. they appear to be coming from same location but leaf below takes food away from flowering leaf. until then do not remove leaves. you will be taking a chance that you are removing the leaf that will produce flowers.then fruit...give it some time and sun and water..

any cuttings that you take off you can put right into the ground and stake it.  It will grow more tomatoes.......
