I planted two tomato plants a few weeks ago - the tomatoes are growing, but the leaves are turning yellow - am I over-watering or under-watering or does this indicate some kind of disease?

Thank you, AGreen

Yellowing leaves are generally normal and part of the natural aging of the tomato plant.
Tomato plants don't like water on their leaves at all.  Overwatering could cause yellowing, but they should be in sunlight but protected from direct rain and carefully watered.  It's also a good idea to give them some fertilizer (miracle grow) at least once a week.
