Rose of Sharon has many buds but they don't open up, just fall off!? Why?

Spray for Afides, I know the spelling is bad, but I have the same problem every year and I just spray to kill them. There are quite a few products out there that will do this. good luck.

Seven dust, or spray. And don't forget to feed them good plant food. I have 8 bushes. & this is what I do. Aphids are the culprit.

sounds like some kind of bug....you can do the soap bath............................

1 teasp of liquid hand soap w 1 qt water mix & spray after sun goes down.................................or if you want the chemical...Sevin................

when you use a chemical you have to keep children & pets away until it is dry.  Also needs full sun and ph 5.6 to 6.0

also test your ph...we give them a little lime and old horse manure ring around it every spring.  Happy Summer.
