If your plants are in pots you may need to transplant them into bigger ones.  If they are in the ground you may need to dig around the plant if the ground is very compact or clay based.  You also need to feed the plants.  I use fish emolusion diluted as directed but there are many good plant foods out there including Miracle grow that I have used with great success.
Feed your plants with miracle grow powder special blend for tomato. Dilute in water in a gallon jug or, I put it in the container that attaches to the hose and water evenly speeds it for each plant.  I do it twice a month. Whenever the plants leaves look wilted or less green. The food helps them revive again and grow much faster. The harvest will be plentiful and plant will grow rapidly just don't over feed or water you will cause splitting of tomatoes and excess nat problem.  hope this helps
