the leaves are curling on my pepper plants and bunch beans, what could this be

we planted green peppers and now the leaves are curling. I found a bettle that looked like a lady bug without the black spots, could this be doing it and how do I take care of this problem?

Also our bunch beans are also starting to have curled leaves?

 

We have had alot of rain and could it be that is what is causing it?

 

The tomato plants we did some are making it and some are not.

Drainage or lack therof could be a problem.  Leaves that turn up are usually trying to retain water.

Are the beatles yellowish green with black spots?  If so they are cucumber beatles and they are voracious eaters.  You can pick them off and crush them or use a product wwith Sevin in it although that will kill bees that you would normally need for pollination.
