You bet. It is a way of putting the plants about 2 feet apart and saving all of them  Water them in good and take care. They will produce enough to make you proud.

You can but it will most likley be stunted. You can replant a seed and it will surpass the transplant 9 out of 10 times. Okra is like a weed in warm to hot conditions. Germinates great in 80deg soil.
