Flowers have died back; cut the leaf at ground level.  Dig up the bulbs just before the spring and transplant (little bulbs   Mine come up every year
depends on you winters...................I do not cut the stems......that how the bulb gets the help from the sun to produce energy to the bulb for next year.......if you have freezing winters......you need to mulch them so they don't freeze....these are tender bulbs and do not hold up to bitter winters.  some people take them out of the ground and put them back in after the chance of frost in the spring time....add some bone meal to the soil if you replant them or to the top if your going to keep them in and mulch them.
