I planted my Japanese Snowball bush two years ago and this spring it shot -up double its size from last year.  The problem is that it is only blooming half way up the bush and then stops blooming the rest of the way up to the top of the bush.  What can I do to prevent this next year?

Your bush needs to mature more.  It usually takes 3 1/2 to 4 years before it will become in full bloom. -Birdy
