I wish there was a way to send you a picture of what is growing. So if I can get a reply of where to send the picture so you can have a more complete information that would be great. The leafs look like (kind of) romaine but they have barb looking hooks down the center of the leaf. They are soft but still look like thorns on a rose bush. Last year when I first planted the rabbits got to the plant and not much plant was there so it grew a flower and I just let it grow. Now all of a sudden I have this plant springing up all over my garden. If this is a weed I will simply pull and compost them. (I hope it is eatable) but don't want to eat weeds right. Any help would be appreciated. I can also send you a pictures of what looks like a herb but it has no smell so I don't know what it is either. thank the novice Gardner in Houston, TX.
