Will my Petunias (Wave) come back again after planting them for almost 5 years?

Will my Petunias that I have been planting for almost 5 years in various spots usually come back after I plant 3 or more new ones but this year I'm not feeling as well as I did in the past, do you think they will come back again? What should I be looking for or is it too early?

In NE PA they are annuals.............but some of you seeds must be reseeding.  If they come back after the seeds die save the bud and let it dry out and save them in a cool dry place in an envelope and mark them for next year.  Spring is running a little late this year.  I hope that they suprize you.  Happy Spring!
