Damaging Burning Bush

I have planted two Burning Bushes in my front yard and have noticed some of the leaves curling inwards .I have found little black ants in side the curling leaves, also   little black eggs .

Do I need to worry about my Burning Bushes dying .

It seems the life is beening sucked out of the leaves.

You could mix up 1 teasp liquid dawn with 1 qt water and spray the whole bush well.  If it rains spray again..................and spray when you see the ants.
