Our campanula are not growing. What should we do?

Planted campanula about 8 weeks ago. They did not have a lot of root growth in the pots before we put them in the ground; added potting soil and very small amount of fertilizer. They are surviving, but look weak and have not grown at all as far as we can tell. We water them about every 5-7 days. What are we doing wrong or should we do now?

The Campanula Plant needs to be in a potted enviroment for at least 12 weeks before moving it to a pernament location, i.e. transplanted.  If you transplant it too soon you run the risk of killing the plant from shock.  Sorry, but you may need to remove the plant and replant it back in the pot for a few more weeks, or the plant could die.
